BJJ Instructor

Brief info

Austin Broach first began training Brazilian Jiu-jitsu in 2010 at Anchorage BJJ. A few months later, he moved to Atlanta and resumed his training in 2011 under Master Jacare Cavalcanti. In 2013, he was offered an opportunity as assistant instructor to the Alliance Kids Program. In 2016, he was awarded his brown belt and took over the kids program as its head instructor.

He also teaches fundamentals and intermediate classes daily at Alliance HQ, and is certified in teaching both kids and adults under the Alliance curriculum. Austin has twice won the Atlanta Open as a brown belt, but his main interest lies in learning and sharing that knowledge with others. He is also a Nidan in Seibukan Jujutsu, and has some training in judo, wrestling, boxing, and MMA.
